Phase One
Planning & Development
Our journey begins with planning and thoughtful development. During this phase, we are gathering insights from our congregation and community, planning our fundraising efforts for the remainder of 2024, starting our new ReBirth Online community, creating a preliminary budget and meeting with our architect to create blueprints & renderings of the new facility. Lastly we will procure at least 3 land purchase opportunities.
Phase Two
Implementation
With plans in hand and a vision set, we move into the implementation phase. This is where the groundwork is laid, both literally and figuratively. During this phase, we will implement our Re-Birth Online strategy, procure meetings with the selected construction company and continue of fundraising efforts.
Phase Three
Evaluation
As construction progresses, we enter the evaluation phase. This involves continuous assessment of our project's progress to ensure it meets our standards and adheres to the planned timeline and budget. We will conduct regular site inspections, review milestones, and address any challenges that arise. Feedback from our community will be invaluable during this phase, helping us make necessary adjustments and improvements, while continuing our fundraising efforts.Transparency remains a priority, and we will keep our congregation informed through regular updates
Phase Four
Completion
The final phase is the culmination of our collective efforts and prayers: the completion of our new facility. This phase includes final inspections, securing necessary approvals, preparing the space for our ministry activities while driving a final effort in fundraising. Once everything is in place, we will celebrate this milestone with a grand opening event, inviting our community to join us in dedicating the new building to the service of God and our congregation. This is not just the end of a project but the beginning of a new chapter for Rebirth Apostolic Ministries.
