November 25, 2020, Re-Birth Apostolic Ministries was formed, and God gave way for this to be Ground Zero. Re-Birth was raised to house the spiritually homeless, impart, cultivate, transform, empower, teach, train, and develop the rejected, all while restoring God’s Kingdom citizens back into proper alignment through the true and living word of God and the unfailing power of prayer.

Re-Birth launched on March 7, 2021 with a powerful first Sunday Morning Worship experience in Spring, TX. There we were blessed to share a building, conflict-free, with Shamar In Christ Ministries under Apostle Belinda Williams, while He filled the seats with willing workers.
As quickly as the doors opened, God moved Re-Birth into a community dying at the hands of the world system. We went from seating 90 to a 4,000 sq. ft. building in the heart of Greenspoint, an area crying out for the fire of God. Can you say... Only God Can Do It!
Re-Birth went from 13 members, holding our first meeting at Moe’s BBQ restaurant to now expanding beyond the walls of the building where we currently reside. Re-Birth has expanded from 4 auxiliaries serving the people of God to 11 and still growing as God releases them upon us.
The next generation of Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers are bursting us out at the seam. We also thank God for the love, support, and undergirding given daily by non-other than the parents (Pastor Charles Wilson & Mother JoAnn Wilson) of our God-ordained Earthen Sheppard and leader.
Apostle Shantay Ligons
Chief Apostle Shantay Ligons was born in Houston Texas to Pastor Eugene Julius Jones and Sister JoAnn Chase Wilson. She is the beloved wife of Bro. Reginald Ligons and the mother of two boys, Solomon Henderson and Cedric Byrd Jr.
Apostle Shantay Ligons is sold out, committed, submitted, yielded, and duty bound by the Apostolic Grace God has seen fit to saturate her entire being with. She is the epitome of what a true sent one's character exhibits through the purity of God's objectivity. Simply put, she leads with the assurance that God's truth prevails for everyone and never changes.
Entrusted by God to cover, grow, and build God's people, the powerful anointing on her life has not come with ease but it has come with great peace.
